Do you offer sessions online or in person?
We can do both. We understand that sometimes the thought of meeting face to face is quite daunting, so we like to remain flexible to suit all needs. You can let us know your preference and we will do our best to accommodate to your needs dependent on travel.

Do I need to be fit to start?
Our sessions are tailored to meet you where you're at — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether you're completely new to movement or returning after a break, you're in safe hands.
What packages do you offer?
